Description: Serves those who care for foster children and children in crisis by providing free access to a community supported clothing closet featuring clothing, school gear, and basic necessities.Collects new and gently used clothing to be packaged with new socks, under garments, and a book which is then distributed to children in foster care or in crisis who have been referred by foster agencies, churches, outreach programs, school principals, teachers, and counselors.This is one of many possible First 5 Nevada County Ready to Grow (R2G) program resources. Ready to Grow resources are those that support the well-being of children ages 0-5.
