Description: The staff at North Point Academy (NPA) will meet with each family to design a personalized program matching goals, desires, and schedules of each student. With access to nearly all materials and services across the high school district, NPA students can earn credits through an INDEPENDENT STUDIES FORMAT that offers flexibility for each student's individual needs.Students may choose from online or traditional study methods.Students may have the option to take classes at Bear River, Nevada Union, Sierra College, or work at a job or internship. All NPA students will have access to systematic and universal supports that allow them to achieve their post-secondary aspirations.North Point Academy has a satellite location in room C130 on the Bear River High School campus. Future satellite location planned at Grizzly Hill school in North San Juan.
