Description: Provides nutritious supplemental groceries to low income individuals and families. This program was specifically designed for working individuals and families who need supplemental groceries. However, Nevada County residents, who find it difficult or sometimes impossible to come during the weekly distribution, are welcome to participate on Saturday provided it is a week they are eligible to receive groceries.WHAT: Food distributionWHEN: Every Saturday from 10am-12pm in collaboration with Interfaith Food Ministry.WHERE: 440 Henderson Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945---------------------This is a Ready to Grow (R2G) resource. Ready to Grow is a First 5 Nevada County program to connect children 0-5 with services and information that support their well-being.
