Educates consumers regarding non-jurisdictional issues, medical group or health plan closures, community resource referrals and health plan contact information as well as mailing forms, applications and informational brochures. Staff includes medical and legal professionals.Will also assist clients as to how to gain coverage through Covered California or Medi-Cal.
