• Description: Placer School for Adults is a comprehensive and progressive adult school. The high school subjects program is designed for all adults 18 and over. The classes are strategically created for the busy adult. Classes usually meet twice per week, day and/or evening, whichever is better for the student. The content and classroom format is called blended online learning, which means you are combining classroom time with an instructor with the added benefit of online computer delivered content, one course at a time. The online benefit is that you can do work outside of class, and meet with your teacher each week for additional support and to complete assessments for each course. You can also work with instructors if you prefer to get your High School Equivalent (GED) in the same manner with instructor and computer support, with the benefits of blended online learning.
