Description: Cycles 4 Hope was founded to serve those in need in the greater Sacramento California region.Their goal is to expand beyond their local and international boarders by partnering with organizations that share their passion and belief that we can all positively impact lives with something as simple as a bicycle and a message of hope.Gather at the Cycles 4 Hope shop (8741 Auburn Folsom Rd, Granite Bay, CA 95746) to prep bikes for delivery. Wrench Nights consist of transforming donated bikes from wrecks to riders. No experience necessary, but some basic bike mechanic skills are helpful. Wrench Nights are held from 6pm-9pm unless otherwise noted.Once a month Cycles 4 Hope packs up their trailer with bikes and supplies and heads to downtown Sacramento (1282 N. B Street. Sacramento, CA 95811) for their monthly Homeless Outreach. During the outreach, they raffle off 10-20 bicycles and provide free bicycle repair services.This is a great opportunity to help make a difference in a life with something as simple as a bicycle and a message of hope. Homeless Outreach is held from 8am-1pm unless otherwise noted.
