- Description: Youth Empowerment Support (YES!) is a program that supports youth and young adults through direct support, training, groups and leadership/system change opportunities.YES! is a program of Whole Person Learning (WPL), a public agency that empowers youth and young adults to thrive in their communities by using a collaborative, individually tailored positive youth development approach.Youth Coordinators help to accomplish goals by providing information and referrals for resources, identifying support systems, empowerment, education and advocacy, placement options. Program is focused on filling in the gaps when youth or young adults cannot access other supports to meet their identified needs. Support is voluntary and is offered on an as needed basis.
