Description: Provides support through no-interest loans and grants for emergency veterinary care of stray and disadvantage pets. Funds are paid directly to participating 24/7 emergency hospital in the greater Sacramento/Placer County region.The Chester Foundation would love to help, but is small and has limited funding. If you are approved for funding, the maximum would be a one time $500 donation.
