Description: Homebound Delivery Program (HBSD) - Since 2020, AIFC has a new program to deliver groceries once a month to low-income homebound persons (within their service area). AIFC will provide HBSD participants with enough food each month to make 12 nutritious meals.The home delivery service is not on-demand, but occurs monthly on a pre-established schedule. Eligibility: EligibilityTo qualify for the program, people must experience one of the following:Unable to leave their home without difficulty ORNot have access to transportation ORNot have someone who can come reliably to the Food Closet during opening hoursAND:Guests must have some form of photo I.D. with their address and live in the AIFC service area.Not eligible if:People live at a facility where they receive food such as from a Skilled Nursing Facility.
