FEMA Advisory: Potential Fraud and Scams - https://www.placer.ca.gov/DocumentCenter/View/55152FEMA's individual assistance program provides grants and other support programs to help eligible survivors that may include rent, home repair, home replacement, and other disaster-related needs such as childcare, medical, and dental expenses.Residents are encouraged to contact their insurance provider regarding their coverage as a first step in the recovery process. FEMA assistance can supplement losses denied by an insurance company, or for those who are underinsured or uninsured.
