• Description: Chapa-De offers free COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to patients established in any Chapa-De Department and to all American Indian community members age 5 and over.We have all three types of vaccines and boosters; Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & JohnsonA vaccine appointment is required for ages 5-11 to receive a COVID vaccine.COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are available by appointment or on a walk-in basis to ages 12 and over.
