Description: The California Coalition on sexual offending is a volutary association of individuals and agencies throughout California who are involved with the treatment and management of sexual offenders. The organization is made up of regional chapters. The Humboldt Ciounty Chapter is The North Coast Network - The local network is made up of idividuals representing Treatment providers, defense, child protection, mental health, probation, parole, victim services, public defenders, private attorneys and prosecutors. The network meets the third Monday of each month at the Blood Bank Building on Harrison Avenue
