Description: California Mentor provides customized support to adults with developmental disabilities. We are a family home agency. We provide the newest living options for adults in California referred from Redwood Coast Regional Center. Our agency recruites families and individuals within our community who can invite an individual into their home amd become the primary care provider. We provide all the training, on going support and a tax free monthly stipend. Our philosophy, one which has proven successful for twenty years, is to provide supports to individuals in the least restrictive, most natural and normalized setting possible. For many, this setting is a Mentor Home.
