• Description: Domestic violence affects all types of families regardless of cultural, social, ethnic, economic, religious, geographical, or educational differences. FVP goals include helping participants: eliminate the abusive cycle of family violence; explore alternatives to violence; make informed independent decisions about their relationship; feel safe with themselves and/or their partner; examine the roots of violent behavior patterns; recognize responsibility for one's own anger and abusive actions; learn healthier patterns of interaction and communication.Offers a 52-week Family Violence Program for people who have been court-mandated clients. Offers several different men's FVP groups and are currently forming a new women's FVP group.
