- Description: The Northern California Indian Development Council (NCIDC) provides programs to improve the quality of life for Native Americans of all ages. NCIDC is not affiliated with any specific tribe; it serves all Federally recognized tribes in California. NCIDC's Yreka Field Office administers WIA Program OJT - On-the-Job Training CRT - Classroom Training, GED or Vocational Training Only SS - Supportive Services (Employment Enhancement Services Must meet the the WIA eligibility Guideline CSBG Program: Emergency Assistance program with limited services: Employment Assistance Rental Assistance Energy Assistance Other Emergency Assistance Services as determined. Must meet the CSBG eligibility guideline.
