Description: Changing Tides Family Services provides supervised visitation services under a contract with the Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Social Services Branch. All children referred for services are in an out-of-home placement and working on reunification with their primary caregiver or living with one parent and having supervised visits with the non-custodial parent. Visitation services are court-ordered.Supervised visits are provided in the least restrictive environment possible throughout Humboldt County.
