Description: The Finance Department is responsible for providing the financial management of all city funds and maintaining the fiscal integrity of the City. Major activities of this department include: managing the city's investments; obtaining financing for capital projects; financial analysis and reporting; budget preparation and management; revenue management; billing and collections for utilities; CDBG loan processing, business licensing; information services; purchasing; records management; and payroll.
