• Description: aims to provide assistance to families and individuals experiencing difficulty affording utilities (PG&E) in order to maintain basic living standards.BALANCE REQUIREMENT:Applicants must have a balance on their PG&E utility bill of at least $100.Senior citizens age 62 and over must have a balance on their utility bill of at least $50.MAXIMUM GRANT:The maximum grant amount the applicant may receive is $300.Applicants can only receive one grant every 12 months.APPLICATION ATTACHMENTS:Verification of incomeA copy of the most recent utility bill or shut off noticeSigned copy of agreementELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES:Account must be residential, single home, or apartment.
