The REACH program provides payment of household energy bills for low-income households within the PG&E service areas who have no alternative form of assistance available to help them resolve their energy emergency and who meet certain assistance criteria. REACH funds may be used to pay PG&E service bills, and bills to other energy vendors for wood, coal, propane, butane, diesel, kerosene, electricity, and natural gas when these are the primary source of household energy.
