We provide community access through bus travel, shopping, and other activities; educational classes such as vocabulary and computers; opportunities to learn important life skills like cooking and money management; physical fitness such as bowling and dancing; time in nature; and opportunities to be creative-including our popular choir!EMPLOYMENT TRAININGWe work closely with individuals and their family members to create a personalized plan with step-by-step training on how to obtain and keep a job. Supervised work in real life settings leads to successful employment and a paycheck!WORK & LIFE SUCCESSLong-term success is the goal. Clients are connected to jobs that fit and develop the tools they need to succeed. They're supported with ongoing coaching and empowered to strike out into the community, doing meaningful work and realizing their passions on and off the job for happy, well-rounded lives.WHO QUALIFIESAll disABILITY services are wheelchair accessible and are available to those with a documented disability, who want to engage in their community and/or want to work. Our clients may not be harmful to themselves or others and must be able to care for their own basic needs and provide their own transportation. Additionally, those sponsored by an outside agency, school or counselor are qualified.
