Members cannot be reimbursed directly.Transportation Services TransitionPartnership has decided to end the contract with MTM for non-medical transportation (NMT) services. This decision is the result of an extensive feasibility study, which determined that migrating processes in-house would result in better customer service for our members and providers and improved fiscal responsibility for Partnership. Partnership has created a Transportation Services Department to take over the functions performed by MTM.Beginning April 1, 2023 Partnership will schedule NMT trips.
