• Description: StepUP for Youth Jobs, the Humboldt County Workforce Development youth services program, is designed to help eligible youth engage with training and work experience programs. StepUP has youth program operators (YPOs) in five regions of our rural county. Youth program operators live and work in their own region, creating relationships with local youth and employers, in order to serve youth in the community in which they live.
