Trained Case Managers meet with clients on a one-to- one basis; study clinical and/or psychological records; assess their particular needs; create a customized plan; and carefully monitor progress toward the clients' specific goals. Every injury is different, every plan is different and Case Managers know that every client requires individualized management of their case.
