• Description: Free Free Flu shot vaccinnes at Walgreens Only. Submitt a request for caller can submitt request for each family member. Caller will get voucher via email with in two days. Can not be mailed to caller, can use the same email mutltiple times. ***If caller does not have email use 211 email and set up a time/place for caller to pick up voucher. Maybe mail out if caller can not pick up.
