We offer a wide range of oral health services in a warm safe environment at our Mad River location Monday through Friday.. Medical - Dental Integration Services Dental Outreach to 2 Schools in our Service Area (1,250 sq mi) .. Since 1999Integrated Model for Primary Care & Behavioral Health Services Since 2003 .. In 2005 we added oral health to our Diabetic Health Care Plan.In 2007 the Development & Integration of Medical Behavioral Health & Dental Programs became funded by The California Endowment .
