• Description: Pro housing Incentive Program (PIP)The Uplift PIP Homelessness Prevention Program provides eligible households at imminent risk of experiencing homelessness with rental assistance and stabilization services to prevent homelessness.Uplift Eureka's Housing Assistance is a limited-term grant funded program. Uplift Eureka PIP Homelessness Prevention (HP) Program Uplift Eureka's Homelessness Prevention Program assistance is available for households at imminent risk of experiencing homelessness. Income eligibility is based on an AMI of Very Low (30-50%) or lower.An official notice to vacate for nonpayment of rent from the landlord is required. This program runs intermittently when grant funding is available. Uplift Eureka HP assistance is available for households at imminent risk of experiencing homelessness. HUD category 2 homelessness, is defined by:(2) Individual or family who will imminently lose their primary nighttime residence, provided that:(i) Residence will be lost within 14 days of the date of application for homeless assistance;(ii) No subsequent residence has been identified; and(iii) The individual or family lacks the resources or support networks needed to obtain otherpermanent housing
