Ukiah C.A.R.E.S Programs
Provides financial assistance for electric utility bills to eligible households. Offers discounts for senior citizens and households who are lower income. Also offers rebates for developers and contractors. Rebates are to incorporate energy efficient designs into new, low-income housing projects.
Assistance for Households with Life Support Equipment
Provides assistance for the cost of electricity. Must complete an application for Medical Baseline Assistance.
