Description: Provides a senior center for the community. Services include:
Food
Hot lunch five days a week to seniors in the community. Lunches are served weekly in our dining room from 11:45 am to 1 pm. Also offers a drive-through pick-up or to-go option from noon to 12:45 pm.
Offers home-delivered meals to homebound seniors in Mendocino County. Meals are delivered five days a week between the hours of 10:30am and 1:30pm.*
Home visits
Provides visits to older adults to help meet their needs and keep them safe in their homes
Assistance coordinating appointments and financial issues
Assistance with medical appointments, money management, and representative payee services. Offers assistance with CalFresh and Medi-Cal applications.
Digital access and digital literacy
Provides public access to computers for older adults at the center
Offers scheduled classes to help older adults learn computer programs, and basic skills
Support groups
Offers Weekly Life Changes and Physical Challenges Support groups
Help understanding healthcare options
Information, healthcare options, and advocacy
