Description: Provides services to individuals with a developmental disability, helping them to live independently. Works with clients and their families to develop a plan and meet client goals. Service includes a 24/7 on-call number for urgent needs after hours every day of the year. Staff provide varying levels of service depending on the individual clients needs. Services include:
A few hours of support each week, or;
Continuous support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
Also offers 24/7 support a few days per week. Helps ease the transition for individuals living full-time independently.
