MEDICAL MARIJUANA IDENTIFICATION CARD (MMIC), MENDOCINO COUNTY, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Description: Establishes a state-authorized medical marijuana identification card (MMIC). Offers voluntary participation by patients and primary caregivers. Allows law enforcement and the public to verify an authorized patient or primary caregiver. Allows them to possess, grow, transport, and/or use medical marijuana within California.

State cards must be renewed annually.

Requirements: A completed application https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CHSI/Pages/MMICP-Forms-and-Appeals.aspx Valid government issued ID, Proof of CA residency (no PO Boxes) and a valid recommendation from a doctor.
