PETALUMA EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES, EASTERSEALS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

Description: Provides therapeutic intervention services for children ages birth to five years of age. Program helps children who are diagnosed with a developmental delay or may be considered at risk of delay. Offers services in the home or facilities in the local community. Services include:
- Free developmental screenings and assessments
- Home-based intervention
- Parent education and coaching
- Learning Focus Groups for pre-school preparedness
- Infant Massage Training
- Collaborative consultation with schools, childcare, agencies, clinics and other service providers
