Eligibility: Meet all other SSI/SSP eligibility criteria except for immigration status: aged, blind or disabled; resident of California; have resources below the allowable limits of $2,000 for an individual and $3,000 for a couple; have income less than the CAPI standards.
Requirements: Identification, Social Security Cards or verification of application for all family members, verification or rent and utilities, proof of citizenship, bank / trust / other financial statements, immunization records for children, proof of pregnancy, verification of income, verification of vehicle registration.
