Description: 03/18/20 - Providing staggering, one on one appointments in the Ceres and Modesto offices. No home visits or multi-family dwellings, must have an appointment.
Provides one payment per year to utility companies for low-income persons.
Please Note: Calls and appointments are scheduled every 3rd Monday of the month. Appointments are filled quickly. We are unable to guarantee an appointment due to limited funding. If a call is received during a month when all appointments are fill, you will be directed to call again the following month.

Hours: Every 3rd Monday of the month on a first call, first served basis until appointments are filled.
Eligibility: PG&E, MID and TID customers w/ income at or below 130% of the Poverty Level as published each year in the Federal Register. Must reside in Stanislaus County and be documented residents.
Requirements: Social Security Cards for all individuals in the home; prior months verification of income for all individuals in the home; current utility bill.
