Eligibility: Residents of Ceres, Modesto, Oakdale, Riverbank and Salida with a 48 hr or 24 hr disconnection notice for MID, TID or City of Modesto bills.
Requirements: To qualify for assistance with PG&E, you must:1. Provide evidence of a hardship which means you are facing extraordinary expenses that go beyond monthly bills, which must be paid in cash.2. Not be receiving any housing subsidy or Section 8 assistance.3. Have an income of $5 more than your monthly rent or mortgage.
