  Provides financial assistance for eligible residents to purchase healthy and nutritious foods. Offers three day expedited service for some special emergency situations. Issues Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards with a monthly credit to purchase groceries. EBT cards accepted at participating retailers including grocery stores and farmers markets.
