COMPUTER DISTRIBUTION, LOAVES, FISHES, AND COMPUTERS (LFC)

Description:
Provides low-cost computers to low-income individuals. If someone is from a homeless shelter and brings a letter from that shelter, they may receive a free Chromebook if available. LFC also sells computer accessories; however, we no longer sell individual parts. All computers sold by LFC come with a one-year warranty with six months of technical assistance. We do sell printers when they are available.

Eligibility: Open to all, must be low-income
Requirements: Individuals only need one of the following to qualify as low-income. They must bring physical proof of low-income. - CalWorks - Section 8 Housing - State Supplement Payment/ Cash Aid (SSP) - Social Security Disability (SSDI) - Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) - Medical/ Health Families - WIC - Financial Aid - Unemployment Benefits - Lifelines Benefits or PG&E Care - Senior 60 or Older - SCESD Parent (must get the school name - Your child is enrolled in their schools free or reduced lunch program or in a school where 50% or more of its students are enrolled for free/ reduced lunch - You are unemployed and do not qualify to open your unemployment benefits. - Other (homeless shelter)
