  • Eligibility: Hartnell College students *Be a California resident or meet the AB540 California Non-Resident Tuition Exemption. *Have a current financial aid application on file. *Qualify for the California College Promise Grant under methods A or B (Income Maximum for 2024-2025) *Be enrolled in 12 units or more (exceptions may apply for eligible DSPS students). *Have completed less than 70 degree applicable units. *Meet one of the following criteria: *1st generation college student *Current or former foster youth *English is or was not the primary language spoken in your home *Have not graduated from high school or obtained the GED *Graduated from high school with a GPA below 2.50 on a 4.0 scale *Is or was previously enrolled in remedial education or basic skills
