Monterey Peninsula College Main Campus: February 9th, March 8th, April 5th, 3:30pm-6:30pm
United Way Monterey County Office: February 8th - April 13th, Thursday and Friday 4pm-6pm
Eligibility: Monterey County residents with 2023 annual household income less than $60,000
Requirements: Original photo identification and Social Security cards required, copies not accepted, bring both as proof of identification, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) assignment letter may substitute for Social Security Number
a) photo identification of both spouses if married
b) Social Security cards of taxpayer, spouse, and dependents
c) birthdates of taxpayer, spouse, and dependents
d) Form W-2, Form 1098, and Form 1099 from all employers
e) Form 1095 A, Form 1095 B, and Form 1095 C if applicable
f) 2023 state and federal tax returns
z) additional required documents if applicable
