Eligibility: *Monterey County residents with 2024 annual household income less than $67,000
*Income $67,000 or less
*No rental income (from a property you own)
*Did not file for bankruptcy last year
*Had no cancellation of debt outside of non-business credit cards
*No clergy income
*If married, are filing jointly
*If self-employed, no business related expenses over $35,000 or businesses with employees, inventory,
business property, net loss, or depreciating assets.
*No sales of cryptocurrency
Requirements: Original photo identification and Social Security cards required, copies not accepted, bring both as proof of identification, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) assignment letter may substitute for Social Security Number
a) photo identification of both spouses if married
b) Social Security cards of taxpayer, spouse, and dependents
c) birthdates of taxpayer, spouse, and dependents
d) Form W-2, Form 1098, and Form 1099 from all employers
e) Form 1095 A, Form 1095 B, and Form 1095 C if applicable
f) 2023 state and federal tax returns
z) additional required documents if applicable
