Manages adult day healthcare center. Provides nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social services, and personal care. Offers recreational enrichment activities and wellness checks. Serves nutritious breakfast and hot lunch. Coordinates services in partnership with primary healthcare providers and access to resources. Includes transportation to and from the facility.
