- Description: Serves as the main support center for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with access & functional needs (AFN) in the event of Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Services include:
- Food resources
- Hotel/relocation assistance (if available)
- Battery Solutions (short-term and long-term)
Battery program:

- Eligibility: Hotel/relocation assistance and portable backup battery: must be individuals who are electricity-dependent.
Battery program:
Must be a PG&E customer who
-rely on electricity to operate medical devices or to continue to live independently;
-reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Threat District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.
