  • Description: Serves as the main support center for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with access & functional needs (AFN) in the event of Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Services include:
    • Food resources
    • Hotel/relocation assistance (if available)
    • Battery Solutions (short-term and long-term)

    Battery program:
    Provides backup battery for customers rely on electricity operated medical devices. Customers must reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Thread District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.

    -reside in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Threat District or have experienced 2 or more PSPS events.

    Other support: individuals with disabilities or access and functional needs, and older adults.
