• Description: Provides emergency response activities for the City of Redding and surrounding communities. Seven staffed stations provide the following services: Structural Firefighting Wildland Firefighting Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Emergency Medical Response Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Shore-Based Water RescueSeveral mutual and automatic aid response agreements exist. Also maintains cooperative agreements with the Regional Occupational Program and Shasta Community College.
