Description: Provides local bus and paratransit service Monday through Saturday in the cities of: Redding City of Shasta Lake AndersonBurneyShingletown And other areas of Shasta County.Fixed Route buses are wheelchair accessible and include bicycle racks.Demand Response Service: Paratransit service provides curb-to-curb bus service. Serves the same area as the Fixed Route. Serves individuals who are functionally unable to use the regular public transit bus. There is an application process for this service. These buses are wheelchair accessible.Runabout Micro Transit: Runabout micro transit service provides point-to-point bus service. Serves areas not covered by Fixed Route. There are 5 daytime Zones and 1 Evening/Sunday Zone. These buses are wheelchair accessible.Burney Express: Commuter service between Redding and Burney. Stops include Shasta College, Bella Vista, Round Mountain, and Montgomery Creek. Connects with the Sage Stage in Burney which continues east to Fall River Mills and Alturas. This service is available Monday through Friday.Note: Bus rides are free for Veterans, Youth 18 and under, Shasta College Students, and Seniors 60+ until funds run out.
