Offers a continuum of care from prenatal to adulthood.Health services include: Primary care Urgent care for patients (call first) PediatricsSick infant/child exams Diabetic education Employment, sports, school physicals Family planning services Foot care Immunization services Maternity services Women's health exams (Paps, Breast Screening,etc.) In-person and telehealth appointmentsSCHC has After Hours Clinician Access for established patients. To reach a clinician after hours, call 530-246-5710 and press 1 for the Nurse Advice Line.Dental services include: Emergency (drop-in) dental treatment General dental care. (Exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, x-ray services, and education.) Specialized dental services. (Fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, root canals, and minor oral surgery.) Referrals for other dental services as needed.Please note: There is an extensive waitlist for general, non-emergent dental care.
