  • Description: Provides transitional and permanent supportive housing. Serves families with children and Veterans who are experiencing homelessness. Francis Court I, II & III provides: Two year temporary/transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless families with children. House of Cornelius provides: Two year temporary/transitional housing for homeless veterans. Provides support services onsite that help residents develop income sources. Services such as: Case management Counseling Youth specific services Parenting education Other skill building workshops Assists in locating permanent housing once a transitional housing program is completed.Please note: NOT an overnight shelter. All programs based on current funding and availability.
