• Description: Provides affordable congregate living options for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. For those who do not need care and supervision. This is Not a residential care facility. Staff provide meals, building maintenance, and make sure residents follow house rules. Services from outside agencies (IHSS, ILS, etc.) are welcome. Tenants sign an annual HUD 202/8 lease for a private bedroom and shared bathrooms, kitchen, and living room.
