• Description: Prepares investigative reports and sentencing recommendations for the Consolidated Superior Court. Focusing on criminal, diversion and probation actions. Provides the following: Supervision of offenders granted formal probation or diversion. Supervises offenders on specialized programs. These including Proposition 36 and Drug Court, and AB109 unit.Also, provides the Day Reporting Center (DRC). For those assigned to work in alternate custody programs. Services include: Assist in management of sanctions on probationers and offenders. Anger management, drug and alcohol counseling Life skills.Offenders referred to the DRC by the Tehama County Probation and Sheriff Department.
