• Description: Helps families in need during the holidays in Shasta, Tehama, Butte, and Trinity County. To be eligible, families must have been referred by a participating agency.One may adopt a family at aaf.nvcss.org Tuesday, October 15th, through Friday, November 29th for Shasta and Trinity County, and December 6th for Tehama and Butte County. NVCSS also welcomes cash donations and grocery store gift certificates. One may donate in this way at nvcss.org or at the front desk of their Redding office. 2024 Gift Drop-off dates and locations include:Shasta County: December 12 & 13 7:30am-6pm and December 14, 8am-5pm.
