Description: Helps families eat well, be active, and stay healthy. Serves pregnant women, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding women for up to 12 months. Serves families with infants and young children up to age 5. Services include:Financial assistance to buy healthy foodsNutrition and health educationBreastfeeding support (and breast pump rentals)Referrals to health care and other community services.Provides services based on individual nutrition risks. Education is participant-led.Accepts reports of WIC fraud.
