Description: Provides cash assistance to legal non-citizen individuals with disabilities, blindness, or older adults. For those who are ineligible to receive SSI/SSP due to their immigration status. SSI/SSP is Supplemental Security Income or State Supplemental Payment. Provides cash to meet basic needs. Funds are for: Food Clothing Shelter Pending SSI/SSP funding and support.CAPI clients may be eligible for: CalFresh Medi-Cal In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).Please note: One can now manage and access benefits with Benefits Cal website.
