For those experiencing one or more of the following: Suicidal or thinking about hurting themselves or others Unable to provide food or shelter for themselves as a result of mental illness In need of immediate counseling to resolve and lessen mental health problems. Available in times of disaster.Services are available by phone 24-hours a day, seven days a week or by dropping into an office in Mt. Shasta or Yreka during office hours.
